Yes. Al-Mushriqah Investments is fully licensed and regulated by the UAE Securities & Commodities Authority (SCA). Our Dubai operations are also registered with the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) within the DIFC, and our Abu Dhabi office operates under the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).

All consultation requests are acknowledged within 4 business hours and assigned to a dedicated advisor within 24 hours. For Buy/Sell inquiries submitted through our form, our brokerage desk responds within 4 business hours on weekdays (Sunday–Thursday, 8 AM – 6 PM GST).

Yes. We offer a fully certified Shariah-compliant equity fund supervised by our independent Shariah Supervisory Board, in full compliance with AAOIFI standards. We also offer Shariah-compliant bespoke wealth management mandates and screened portfolio construction. Annual Zakat calculations are provided to all Islamic fund investors.
